Soccer Recap: Crestview vs. Edison
Crestview lost against Edison back in August of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Crestview Cougars fell 3-1 to the Edison Chargers. The Cougars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Crestview's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Edison, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-1.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Crestview will head out to challenge Central Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Central Christian's last four matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Edison, they will venture away from home to face off against Huron at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Edison is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4.8 goals per game this season.
