Basketball Recap: Red Hook's Higher State Rank on Full Display on Friday

On Friday, the Red Hook Raiders didn't have too much trouble with the Rhinebeck Hawks as they won 44-30. Given the Raiders' advantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 318th, while the Hawks are ranked 693rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

The win made it two in a row for Red Hook and bumps their season record up to 9-8. As for Rhinebeck, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-11.

Coming up, Red Hook will face off against Middletown at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Rhinebeck does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
