Soccer Game Preview: North Side vs. Paschal

The North Side Steers will head out on the road to challenge the Paschal Panthers at 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.

North Side is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They were the clear victor by a 5-1 margin over Wyatt on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Paschal hasn't lost a match since January 17th, a trend which continued in their latest game on Friday. Their defense stepped up to hand Wyatt a 7-0 shutout. The contest marked the Panthers' most dominant win of the season so far.

Paschal has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 7-2-2 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 15 goals over those five games. As for North Side, their victory was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 3-4.
