Westfield faced West Springfield in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Bombers blew past the Terriers 3-0. The win was nothing new for the Bombers as they're now sitting on six straight.

Zachary kukharchuk paced Westfield's offense, picking up ten kills. KuKharchuK got some help from Max Yurtuc and his 16 assists.

Westfield's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-3. As for West Springfield, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 15-5.

Looking ahead, Westfield will face off against Needham at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. West Springfield does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
