Basketball Recap: Prince RVT Takes a Loss

Prince RVT lost against Bassick back in January of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Prince RVT Falcons were dealt a 69-40 loss at the hands of the Bassick Lions. The Falcons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

When it comes to explaining why Prince RVT lost, don't look at Jordan Iverson. Despite the final result, he dropped a double-double with 24 points and ten boards. That was a full 60% of Prince RVT's points, marking the 13th time in a row Iverson has posted more than a third of the team's points. Justice Black was another key player, putting up five points.

Prince RVT's defeat dropped their record down to 3-17. As for Bassick, they picked up their first home victory, bumping their record up to 2-10.

Prince RVT does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Bassick, they will take on Harding at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
