There's no place like home for West Lafayette, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They breezed past the Rensselaer Central Bombers to the tune of 35-7 on Friday. The Red Devils' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Blake Biddle went supernova, throwing for 300 yards and four TDs, while also punching in one touchdown on the ground. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in passer rating (141.7). A healthy portion of Biddle's aerial production (81 yards to be exact) went to Colin Kastens, who also brought in a receiving touchdown.

West Lafayette's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Rensselaer Central, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 3-1.

Coming up, West Lafayette will challenge Lafayette Central Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Red Devils will be up against the Knights' rather soft defense (which has allowed 33 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Rensselaer Central, they will square off against Tipton at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. This will be the Bombers' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
