While Payson put up plenty of points on Friday, the same can't be said for Winslow. The Payson Longhorns blew past the Winslow Bulldogs 42-0 at home. That's more bragging rights for the Longhorns, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Payson was moving up and down the field and finished the game with 402 total yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Winslow only gained 180.
Payson's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Winslow, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Payson will host Page at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams might be coming in a bit winded given how much these teams ran up and down the field in their prior games. As for Winslow, they will take on Holbrook at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
