Canyon Springs is a perfect 4-0 against Chaparral since August of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Pioneers will head out to challenge the Cowboys at 6:15 p.m. Canyon Springs is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 6.5 goals per game this season.

Canyon Springs' defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Wednesday. Everything went their way against Valley as they made off with an 11-0 win. Michelle Rosales was a massive factor in the win as she booted in five goals all by herself.

Meanwhile, Chaparral was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They fell 3-1 to Sunrise Mountain.

The victory made it two in a row for Canyon Springs and bumps their season record up to 15-2. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 18 goals over those two contests. As for Chaparral, their loss dropped their record down to 5-13.

Canyon Springs took their victory against Chaparral when the teams last played back in September by a conclusive 8-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Pioneers since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
