Volleyball Recap: Howard Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Howard was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They came up short against the Newark Yellowjackets, falling 3-0. The Wildcats were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Yellowjackets apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Howard's defeat dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Newark, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Howard will head out to square off against Sussex Tech at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Newark, they will take on St. Elizabeth at 5:15 p.m. on Friday.
