Football Recap: Interlachen Comes Up Short + How To Watch

If Interlachen was feeling good fresh off their 38-18 takedown of West Oaks Academy two weeks ago, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Rams took a blow against the Branford Buccaneers on Friday, falling 56-20. The Rams were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 28-8.

Interlachen lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Lawrence Sharp, who picked up 104 receiving yards and one touchdown.

Interlachen's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Branford, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-2.

Interlachen wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 41-24 defeat against Bell on the 10th. As for Branford, they have also already played their next game, a 30-13 win against Trenton on the 10th.
