It may have taken overtime to finish the job, but Palmetto Ridge ultimately got the result they hoped for on Thursday. They snuck past the Gulf Coast Sharks with a 71-66 win. That's more bragging rights for the Bears, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Palmetto Ridge's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jaydon Soto, who went 7 for 11 on his way to 18 points. The dominant performance gave Soto a new career-high in points. Jeriah Muldrow was another key player, going 8 of 12 on his way to 16 points.
