Basketball Recap: Peru Takes a Loss

Peru was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They lost 65-44 to the Northern Adirondack Bobcats. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bobcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 55-53 back in January.

Peru's loss dropped their record down to 1-18. As for Northern Adirondack, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a massive bump to their 10-8 record this season.

Peru does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Northern Adirondack, a feisty cat fight will be fought as the Bobcats duke it out with the Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Schroon Lake will roll in looking for their tenth straight win, something Northern Adirondack surely won't give up without a fight.
