Soccer Recap: Summit Takes a Loss

Summit managed to keep up with Bear Creek until halftime on Wednesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Tigers came up short against the Bears, falling 3-0. Summit have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Summit's loss dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Bear Creek, their victory bumped their record up to 3-4-1.

Coming up, Summit will host Conifer at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Summit will be up against Conifer's rather soft defense (which has allowed 4.83 goals per match), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Bear Creek, they will venture away from home to face off against Wheat Ridge at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Bear Creek's defense better be ready for this one: Wheat Ridge have averaged an impressive 3.1 goals per game this season.
