Parke Heritage won the last time they faced Attica and things went their way on Saturday too. The Wolves walked away with a 17-14 victory over the Red Ramblers.

Taya Sturmer was a standout: she got on base in all five of her plate appearances with three runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. That's the most runs she has posted since back in May of 2024. Carly Newnum also deserves some recognition as she hit her first double of the season.

Parke Heritage's win bumped their record up to 4-8. As for Attica, they now have a losing record of 3-4.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Parke Heritage beat the Red Ramblers by a score of 15-2 later that day.
