Soccer Recap: Mott Haven Comes Up Short

Mott Haven was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 3-1 to the Morrisania Lions. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Mott Haven of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Mott Haven's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Morrisania, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-2-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Mott Haven is set to face off against their familiar foe Randolph Campus at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Morrisania will challenge rival Stevenson at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
