Basketball Recap: Darrington Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Darrington made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Northwest Yeshiva, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Loggers fell just short of the Lions by a score of 65-62 on Thursday. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Wednesday (55), the Loggers still had to take the loss.

This is the second loss in a row for Darrington and nudges their season record down to 0-2. Those defeats can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 58.5 points this season. As for Northwest Yeshiva, their win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Darrington won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Lopez at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Northwest Yeshiva, they will square off against Grace Academy at 8:00 p.m. on Saturday.
