Baseball Recap: Wooster Takes a Loss

After some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last three contests, Wooster finally came back down to earth on Monday. They fell just short of the Jackson Polar Bears by a score of 2-0. The loss continues a trend for the Generals in their meetings with the Polar Bears: they've now lost four in a row.

Wooster's defeat dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Jackson, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 13-3.

Coming up, Wooster will welcome Dover at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Jackson, they will head out to challenge North Royalton at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
