Basketball Recap: Crosby Picks Up Sixth Straight Win at Home

Crosby won the last time they faced Dayton and things went their way on Friday too. The Crosby Cougars walked away with a 57-46 victory over the Dayton Broncos. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Cougars.

Crosby's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was TYLER EADEN, who almost dropped a double-double on 15 points and nine boards. What's more, EADEN also racked up two steals, the most he's had since back in November of 2024. Another player making a difference was PHILLIP JACKSON, who went 8 of 12 on his way to 19 points.

Crosby's victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-11. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.7 points per game. As for Dayton, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 15-10.

Crosby will be playing in front of their home fans against Porter at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Crosby is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 51.8 points per game this season. As for Dayton, they will venture away from home to square off against West Fork at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
