Basketball Recap: Hanover Takes a Loss

Hanover was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 57-31 to the New Oxford Colonials. The game marked the Nighthawks' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Hanover's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for New Oxford, the win got them back to even at 4-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. After both having extra time off, Hanover and Delone Catholic will dust off their jerseys to take on one another at 7:30 p.m. on January 7, 2025. As for New Oxford, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Northern York at 7:30 p.m. on January 6, 2025.
