Basketball Recap: Loyal Takes a Loss

Loyal and Assumption squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Loyal had to settle for second. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 55-14 to the Assumption Royals, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Greyhounds haven't had much luck with the Royals recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Loyal's loss dropped their record down to 9-15. As for Assumption, the win was the 17th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 25-1.

As of now, neither Loyal nor Assumption have any future games scheduled.
