Mildred came tearing into Tuesday's match with 11 straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 23.5 points) and they left with even more momentum. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Hubbard Jaguars 73-10. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine contests by 25 points or more this season.

Leading Mildred to victory were Caleb Harper and Noah Lueck. Harper posted nine points along with five assists and five steals, while Lueck dropped a double-double on 12 points and 12 rebounds. Harper is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last seven games he's played. Another player making a difference was Brennan Moore, who went 5 for 7 on his way to 10 points.

Mildred smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 29 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 14 offensive rebounds in eight consecutive games.

Mildred has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 14 matches, which provided a massive bump to their 15-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.3 points per game. As for Hubbard, their loss was their sixth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-21.

Mildred will challenge Italy at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Mildred knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past eight contests -- so hopefully Italy likes a good challenge. As for Hubbard, a feisty cat fight is on tap when the Hubbard Jaguars face off against the Kerens Bobcats at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
