Volleyball Recap: Highland Regional Takes a Loss

Highland Regional was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Kingsway Dragons. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Dragons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in April.

Highland Regional's loss dropped their record down to 5-15. As for Kingsway, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-4 record this season.

Highland Regional didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Salem County Vo-Tech on the 19th. As for Kingsway, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Cherry Hill West on the 20th.
