Baseball Recap: Chisago Lakes Area Comes Up Short

Chisago Lakes Area lost against Big Lake on April 11th, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Wildcats fell just short of the Hornets by a score of 6-5. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Chisago Lakes Area got a good showing from Nathan Wehrenberg, who tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit.

At the plate, Cole Stilp was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-4 with one stolen base and one run. Carson Drury also deserves some recognition as he scored his first run of the season.

Chisago Lakes Area's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Big Lake, their win bumped their record up to 5-3.
