Soccer Game Preview: St. Anne-Pacelli vs. Bulloch Academy

The St. Anne-Pacelli Vikings will square off against the Bulloch Academy Gators at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Back in April, St. Anne-Pacelli got the win against Brookstone by a conclusive 7-2. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 4-1.

St. Anne-Pacelli's offense was hitting Brookstone from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Gabriela A. Enriquez led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

Meanwhile, it can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Bulloch Academy had no problem doing just that on Friday. They blew past the Indians 4-1. The victory was nothing new for Bulloch Academy as they're now sitting on four straight.

The win made it two in a row for St. Anne-Pacelli and bumps their season record up to 13-2-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 17 goals over those two games. As for Bulloch Academy, their win bumped their record up to 5-6-2.
