Volleyball Recap: Doyle's Loss Ends Four-Game Winning Streak on the Road

If Doyle was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of St. Thomas Aquinas on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Tigers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Lakeshore on Friday.

Doyle's defeat ended a four-match streak of away wins and brought them to 17-5. As for Lakeshore, their win ended a five-match drought at home and bumped them up to 10-18.

Doyle didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Booker T. Washington on the 17th. As for Lakeshore, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against McDonogh 35 on the 17th.
