Softball Game Preview: Baldwin Park Braves vs. Nogales Nobles

Baldwin Park fell victim to Sierra Vista and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They came up short against the Dons, falling 20-0. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since February 10, 2022, but that streak is no more.

Baldwin Park saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Isabelle Salcido, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with two stolen bases.

Meanwhile, Nogales was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 13-3 to Garey.

Baldwin Park's defeat dropped their record down to 0-15. As for Nogales, their loss dropped their record down to 5-14.

Baldwin Park suffered a grim 13-0 defeat to Nogales when the teams last played two weeks ago. Can the Braves avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
