Football Recap: Biddeford Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Biddeford extended their losing streak (dating back to last season) to five on Friday, dropping them down to 0-2. They came up short against the Marshwood Hawks, falling 48-28. Despite 94 more yards than the Hawks, the Tigers couldn't convert that extra yardage to scores.

When it comes to explaining why Biddeford lost, don't look at Stanley Richerson. Despite the final result, he rushed for 84 yards and a pair of TDs. The Tigers also got help from Julius Searles, who showed off his sure hands for 93 receiving yards.

As for Marshwood, the victory got them back to even at 1-1. They haven't had any issues with Biddeford recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Cole Goodwin had an outrageously good game as he rushed for 69 yards and three scores.
