Soccer Recap: Eugene Comes Up Short

Despite a strong season so far, Eugene has seen their luck take a bit of a downturn recently. They lost 7-0 to the St. Francis Borgia Knights on Monday. If Eugene were looking for revenge after losing 7-0 to St. Francis Borgia when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Eugene's loss dropped their record down to 7-3-1. As for St. Francis Borgia, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Eugene will head out to square off against Blair Oaks at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for St. Francis Borgia, they will venture away from home to take on Bishop DuBourg at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
