Abigail Kalgren posted a new career-low in earned runs on Friday. As a matter of fact, she produced her best game of the campaign: she pitched four innings while giving up just one earned (and five unearned) runs off five hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances.

Looking ahead, Kalgren and DuBois are taking a road trip to challenge Punxsutawney at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. The Beavers had to take a loss when they last met the Chucks, but Kalgren had little to do with the loss: she tossed five innings while giving up just two earned (and four unearned) runs off eight hits.
