The Wiregrass Ranch Bulls scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. Everything went their way against Berkeley Prep as Wiregrass Ranch made off with a 52-31 victory. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win Wiregrass Ranch has posted yet this season.
Solei Sowell continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 20 points and ten rebounds. She continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Claire Kelley, who scored ten points along with six rebounds and three steals.
Wiregrass Ranch has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 4-7 record this season. As for Berkeley Prep, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-9.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Wiregrass Ranch will face off against Cypress Creek at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Berkeley Prep, Berkeley Prep and Out-of-Door Academy will face off at 5:00 p.m. on January 18th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday.
