Basketball Game Preview: Hibriten Panthers vs. T.C. Roberson Rams

The Hibriten Panthers and the T.C. Roberson Rams will round out the year against one another at at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with eight consecutive losses for Hibriten and five for T.C. Roberson.

Hibriten lost 63-39 to West Caldwell on Thursday. While losing is never fun, the Panthers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 498th, while the Warriors are ranked 150th).

Meanwhile, after soaring to 57 points the game before, T.C. Roberson was a bit more limited in their game on Saturday. They received a blow as they fell 41-25 to East Henderson. The contest marked the Rams' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Hibriten's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for T.C. Roberson, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-6.
