The Lowcountry Wildcats Athletics Wildcats won the last time they faced the Faith Christian Knights, and things went their way on Monday too. Lowcountry Wildcats Athletics walked away with a 39-28 win over Faith Christian. Given Lowcountry Wildcats Athletics' advantage in MaxPreps' South Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 131st, while Faith Christian is ranked 284th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

It was another big night for Rylan Dundon, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 17 rebounds. She is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as she's now pulled down 17 or more in the last four games she's played. Another player making a difference was Kiara Weaver, who scored eight points along with three steals.

Lowcountry Wildcats Athletics has been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 12 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season. As for Faith Christian, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.

Lowcountry Wildcats Athletics will head out on the road to face off against Palmetto Christian Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Hopefully Lowcountry Wildcats Athletics focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 26 on Monday. Faith Christian's road trip will continue as they head out to face Holly Hill Academy at 6:00 p.m. on February 2nd. Holly Hill Academy is on a three-game streak of home losses, Faith Christian a three-game streak of away losses, but someone's luck is about to change.
