Soccer Game Preview: White County vs. Stone Memorial

White County hasn't had much luck against Stone Memorial recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Warriors will square off against the Panthers at 7:00 p.m. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

White County took a loss when they played away from home on Thursday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Monday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over Upperman. The victory continues a trend for White County in their matchups with Upperman: they've now won five in a row.

Meanwhile, Stone Memorial had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 2.5 goals) and they went ahead and made it three on Monday. They were the clear victors by a 4-1 margin over the Purple Tigers. Stone Memorial might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight matchups by three goals or more this season.

They hit Watertown with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Noah Potter (2), Bryson Whitmill, and Johnathon Warlick.

White County's win bumped their record up to 9-5. As for Stone Memorial, their victory bumped their record up to 14-3.
