Basketball Recap: Lincoln-Way West Comes Up Short

Lincoln-Way West lost against Lockport back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Lincoln-Way West Warriors took a 51-47 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lockport Porters.

Lincoln-Way West's loss dropped their record down to 19-8. As for Lockport, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matches, which provided a nice bump to their 24-4 record this season.

When Lincoln-Way West and Lockport next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Lincoln-Way West will try to stop Sandburg's four-game winning streak when the meet at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Lockport will square off against Morris and their four-game winning streak at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
