The Flat Rock Rams will face off against the Lutheran North Mustangs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Lutheran North took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Flat Rock, who comes in off a win.

For some reason, the away team has come away with the win the last four times Flat Rock and Huron have met, but the home crowd finally got their W on Friday. The Rams put the hurt on the Chiefs with a sharp 37-13 win. The result was nothing new for the Rams, who have now won four games by 24 points or more so far this season.

Flat Rock's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Ben Scully led the charge by picking up 90 receiving yards and a pair of scores, while also rushing for 67 yards and one touchdown. Scully was no stranger to the big play, cutting upfield on a catch that went for 67 yards. Joel Scully was another key signal caller, throwing for 237 yards and a pair of TDs while completing 94.1% of his passes.

Meanwhile, Lutheran North suffered their biggest loss since September 13, 2024 on Friday. They came up short against Gabriel Richard, falling 44-19. Perhaps unsurprisingly, the Mustangs' biggest loss of the season was also their lowest-scoring.

Having lost for the first time this season, Lutheran North fell to 7-1. As for Flat Rock, their victory bumped their record up to 5-3.
