Volleyball Game Preview: Clovis East Timberwolves vs. Clovis Cougars

The Clovis East Timberwolves will head out on the road to square off against the Clovis Cougars at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Clovis East is coming into the contest hot, having won their last eight games.

Last Thursday, Clovis East got the win against Clovis West by a conclusive 3-0.

Clovis East got the W, but it wasn't easy, at least in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-16, 31-29.

Meanwhile, Clovis beat Bullard 2-0 on Saturday. The Cougars haven't had any issues with the Knights recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Clovis East's record now sits at 14-6. As for Clovis, their record is now 16-1.

Clovis East couldn't quite get it done against Clovis in their previous meeting back in March as they fell 2-0. Can Clovis East avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
