Basketball Recap: Reading Memorial Snaps Six-Game Streak of Wins at Home

Reading Memorial entered their contest against Belmont on Friday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Reading Memorial Rockets lost to the Belmont Marauders at home by a 52-34 margin. The Rockets were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Marauders earlier this season, when they won 40-38.

Reading Memorial's loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 8-4. As for Belmont, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season.
