Hamden is 8-2 against Amity Regional since December of 2014 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Hamden Green Dragons will venture away from home to challenge the Amity Regional Spartans at 6:30 p.m. Hamden will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.

On Wednesday, Hamden didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Foran, but they still walked away with a 52-48 victory.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Amity Regional, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They claimed a resounding 62-32 win over Hillhouse. The Spartans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 matches by 20 points or more this season.

Hamden pushed their record up to 10-4 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.0 points over those games. As for Amity Regional, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 games, which provided a nice bump to their 17-4 record this season.

Hamden was able to grind out a solid win over Amity Regional in their previous meeting on Friday, winning 56-46. The rematch might be a little tougher for Hamden since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
