Football Recap: Peninsula Comes Up Short on the Road Against Alta Loma + How To Watch

Peninsula kicked off their season on the road on Friday and hit a couple of potholes. They took a blow against the Alta Loma Braves, falling 46-0. The Panthers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Braves apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in August of 2024.

Alta Loma's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Izaih Brown, who rushed for 82 yards and a pair of TDs. Kristopher Biggers was in the mix as well, providing the Braves with two touchdowns.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Peninsula will take on St. Monica at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Alta Loma, they will challenge Los Osos at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
