Eli Black posted a new career-high in passer rating on Friday. He threw for 154 yards and two touchdowns while completing 71.4% of his passes, and also rushed for 53 yards and one TD. He was dominant the last time he took on Ezekiel Academy back in September of 2024, so they probably should've seen this coming. Black showed off some serious burst, cutting through the defense on one rush that went for 62 yards.

Looking ahead, Black and Evangel Christian will be playing in front of their home fans against Lighthouse HomeSchool at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
