Basketball Recap: Covenant Christian Academy's Win Ends Three-Game Losing Streak at Home

Covenant Christian Academy's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They strolled past the Centerville Bulldogs with points to spare, taking the game 60-44. That's more bragging rights for the Lions, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Covenant Christian Academy's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 9-10. As for Centerville, their loss dropped their record down to 11-8.

Covenant Christian Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 71-31 win against Hanson Memorial on the 1st. As for Centerville, they will challenge South Terrebonne at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
