Tuscola has gone 9-1 against East Henderson recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Mountaineers will take on the Eagles at 6:00 p.m.

On Tuesday, Tuscola came up short against North Henderson and fell 6-3. The Mountaineers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for East Henderson, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 12-6 margin over North Henderson on Thursday. The win was some much needed relief for the Eagles as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

East Henderson got a massive performance out of Keira Hodge, who went 2-for-4 with five RBI, one run, and one double. Those five RBI gave Hodge a new career-high. Maggie Staton was another key player, going 3-for-4 with two stolen bases, three runs, and one RBI.

East Henderson was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .417. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .318 or higher in four consecutive matchups.

Tuscola's loss dropped their record down to 7-9. As for East Henderson, their victory was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-8 and their overall record up to 4-15.

Everything went Tuscola's way against East Henderson in their previous matchup back in March, as Tuscola made off with a 13-2 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Mountaineers since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
