Soccer Game Preview: Eastlake vs. Mercer Island

The Eastlake Wolves will challenge the Mercer Island Islanders at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Eastlake's last three games have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Eastlake is looking to tack another W on to their season record, something they couldn't quite do against Issaquah on Tuesday. Wolves and the Eagles finished up their match with a 0-0 draw.

Meanwhile, Mercer Island faced Mount Si in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Islanders played to a draw too, finishing 2-2 against the Wildcats. The result kept Mercer Island happy, as they haven't lost a game yet this season.

Mercer Island's draw makes their record 5-0-2 this season. As for Eastlake, they moved theirs to 5-4-1.
