Basketball Recap: Fairdale Takes a Loss

After flying high against Warren East last Saturday, Fairdale came back down to earth. The Fairdale Bulldogs came up short against the Cooper Jaguars on Wednesday, falling 68-43. The contest marked the Bulldogs' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Fairdale's defeat dropped their record down to 18-8. As for Cooper, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 16-5 record this season.

Coming up, Fairdale will challenge Holy Cross at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Cooper, they will head out on the road to square off against Lexington Christian at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday.
