Carter hasn't had much luck against Summit recently, but that could start to change on Wednesday. The Lions will face off against the SkyHawks at 3:45 p.m.

Carter is headed into Wednesday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their eighth straight game dating back to last season on Friday. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost an 8-7 heartbreaker at the hands of Jurupa Hills. On the bright side, the seven- run performance marked the Lions' highest-scoring contest to date.

Meanwhile, Summit waltzed into their matchup on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They were the clear victors by a 13-1 margin over the Sultans. That 12 run margin sets a new team best for the SkyHawks this season.
