Baseball Recap: Minor Comes Up Short

After flying high against Parker last Thursday, Minor came back down to earth. The Tigers lost 13-3 to the Shelby County Wildcats on Saturday. The loss continues a trend for the Tigers in their meetings with the Wildcats: they've now lost three in a row.

Minor's defeat dropped their record down to 5-18. As for Shelby County, their record is now 15-12.

Looking ahead, Minor will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Homewood at 4:30 p.m. As for Shelby County, they will head out to challenge Sylacauga at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
