Park City made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Salem Hills, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Park City Miners blew past the Salem Hills Skyhawks 9-2 on Saturday. With that win, the Miners brought their scoring average up to 6.4 runs per game.

Justin Michaelis was incredible, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with one home run, three RBI, and one double. He also put up a run, which was his first of the season. Joey Breza was another key player, scoring two runs while going 2-for-3.

Park City was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .423. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Salem Hills only posted a batting average of .056.

Park City now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Salem Hills, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Coming up, Park City will square off against Mountain Crest at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Salem Hills, they will face off against Cyprus at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday.
