Brevard came tearing into Tuesday's matchup with six straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Pisgah Bears as they made off with a 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 back in September.

Brevard never let Pisgah on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-22, 25-17.

Morgan Baldridge paced Brevard's offense, picking up ten kills. Baldridge also shared the team's lead in assists with Megan Pressley: they picked up 15 each. Baldridge was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Brevard's victory bumped their record up to 17-9. As for Pisgah, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-10.

Coming up, Brevard will be taking part in a tournament against North Henderson at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday. The Blue Devils are facing the Knights at the right time seeing as the Knights are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Pisgah, they are taking a road trip to square off against Smoky Mountain at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday.
