St. John Paul II is a perfect 3-0 against Aucilla Christian since March of 2024 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Panthers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Warriors at 4:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

St. John Paul II is headed into the matchup having just suffered their closest loss since March 28, 2024 on Thursday. They fell just short of Florida State University High School by a score of 3-1. The Panthers haven't had much luck with the Seminoles recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

St. John Paul II saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was SANAA ROBERTS, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

Meanwhile, Aucilla Christian fought the good fight in their extra-innings game against North Florida Christian on Friday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Eagles by a score of 13-12. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Tuesday (11), the Warriors still had to take the loss.

St. John Paul II's defeat dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Aucilla Christian, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

St. John Paul II came out on top in a nail-biter against Aucilla Christian when the teams last played back in February, sneaking past 6-4. Will the Panthers repeat their success, or do the Warriors have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
