Volleyball Recap: Elle Flores and Taryn Brown Secure Win for Santa Fe Christian

Santa Fe Christian waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Francis Parker Lancers. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Santa Fe Christian walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 22-25, 25-22, 25-23.

Santa Fe Christian was led to victory by Taryn Brown and Elle Flores. Brown had 18 digs and four assists, while Flores had three digs and three aces. Those three digs gave Flores a new career-high.

Santa Fe Christian's record is now 16-11. As for Francis Parker, their loss dropped their record down to 15-11.

Santa Fe Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Francis Parker, after both having extra time off, they and University City will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
